cybersecurity up-skilling of talent is necessary

Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field – Brian Tracy, a Canadian-American motivational public speaker and self-development author

This quote is so accurate because continuous learning allows working adults the opportunity to learn simultaneously while they work. It is a way to ensure an employee develops the habit of acquiring skills, knowledge, and abilities to help them become better at their jobs. Continuous learning also enables up-skilling to take place, which is necessary in this current age. Fortunately for us, there are many avenues to facilitate continuous learning to take place, be it online or physical classes.

Continues Learning Enables Up-skilling
